What We Do

Custom Homes

New residential construction built around how you actually live — not around a floor plan someone else picked.
A custom home means the decisions are yours. Our job is to make them buildable, and to tell you what each one costs before you commit.

Built To Your Requirements

The layout, the room sizes, the ceiling heights, the window placement, the finishes, the mechanical systems — all of it is yours to decide.

We do not offer standard models. Production builders do that well and cheaply, and if a stock plan genuinely suits you, that is a legitimate choice. Clients come to us when it does not: an unusual lot, a specific way of living, or a level of finish that production schedules will not accommodate.

Plans, Or No Plans Yet

Already have architectural plans? Bring them. We will review them for constructability, flag anything that will cause trouble on your site, and price them line by line. Plans drawn without a builder’s input frequently contain details that are expensive or impossible to execute as drawn — better to find that out now than during framing.

No plans yet? Equally fine. We can discuss the project and coordinate with the appropriate design professionals as it moves toward construction. Many clients find it easier to talk to a builder first, because the conversation about budget and site reality shapes what is worth drawing at all.
