By using this site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
This Website Is Information, Not an Offer
Everything here is provided for general information about the kind of work we do. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a construction contract, a quotation, or a commitment to build on any particular terms.
An Inquiry Is Not a Contract
Submitting the form, emailing or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a construction agreement, reserve a place in our schedule, or oblige either of us to proceed. We take on projects selectively and may decline. Work begins only under a written contract signed by both parties, and that contract — not this website — governs the project.
Budgets, Timelines and Prices
Any figures, ranges, schedules or timelines mentioned on this site are general illustrations. Construction pricing depends on the site, the design, the specification, the season, and market conditions for labour and materials. Nothing here should be relied on as a price for your project.
Imagery
Photographs and illustrations on this website are representative of the style and standard of work we discuss, and should not be taken as documentation of specific completed projects unless a page expressly identifies them as such. Finishes, materials, dimensions and landscaping shown are illustrative. Your home is built to your own drawings and specification.
Licensing and Scope
Zamzam Development holds Michigan residential builder licence 262400343. We build. We do not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, accounting or financial services, and nothing on this site should be read as advice in any of those areas. Where a project requires a licensed architect, engineer or surveyor, that professional is engaged separately.
Related Companies
Zamzam & Associates Real Estate Group, brokered by eXp Realty, and Zamzam Property Management are separate businesses. Zamzam Development does not provide real estate brokerage or property management services, and referring to those companies here does not mean you are expected to use them.
What You Send Us
If you send us plans, drawings, photographs, specifications or written material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you permit us to use it for the purpose of assessing, pricing and building your project. Please do not send us material belonging to another builder or designer that you are not entitled to share.
Our Content
The text, images, layout and design of this website belong to Zamzam Development or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use in considering a project. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without written permission.
Availability and Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. This does not affect any warranty given in a signed construction contract, which stands on its own terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent Michigan law allows, Zamzam Development is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published here rather than on a signed contract. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute concerning this website will be heard in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
