- Whether you have architectural plans, and how the project will be funded

- Anything else you write in the message fields, and how you heard about us
You can also reach us by phone or email without using the form, in which case we hold whatever you send.
Information Collected Automatically
As with most websites, our host records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and running, not to build a profile of you.

Zamzam & Associates Real Estate Group and Zamzam Property Management are separate companies. We do not pass your information to them unless you ask us to.
How Long We Keep It
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and then removed. Records relating to a home we actually built are kept considerably longer, because licensing, insurance, warranty and tax obligations require it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiry data is limited to people at Zamzam Development who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the website form — Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or copies of identity documents. If we need something of that kind, we will arrange a secure way for you to send it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@zamzamdevelopment.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; tell us where you are and we will handle your request accordingly.
Children
This website is intended for adults considering a construction project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
